One of my favorite resources is that……I enjoy the growing God does in me when I listen to others stories on how they have seen God working in their lives. It brings Him “closer” to me. It keeps me aware that He is always with us. My desire to get to know Him and pursue Him increases and pushes me to seek the answers to my never ending questions and thoughts.
Sharing in small groups, house churches, brings me out of the chaos and unbelieving world for moments of time and brings me into the reality of God. He is always with us, never changing, always loving, my protector, my salvation! Knows what I’ve done and LOVES me anyway! He has a purpose just for me. It is so inspiring to hear how God has affected, been a part of, impacted others lives on a daily bases.

I can’t tell you how many times in the last year I just wanted to give up. I could just sneak off and no one would really notice, right??? That was one of the things that always kept me from being involved at church. If I was visible then I couldn’t just jump off the radar. Taking that step was huge for me. I continuously struggle with my old habits and hang ups. However, looking for God’s presence in my life on a regular basis has helped me to make choices that were more “life giving”. It also helps me to think about other people more often….as I try to remember to pray!!
Small changes eventually lead to bigger changes.

I don’t know when this was put on here (I am terrible about checking it daily). I think this would be an awesome “growth” for our couples of any age. Since not everyone has a computer or like myself, doesn’t see this Blog everyday, why not make a poster to hang and announce at church. When people come in on Sunday mornings they would see it displayed on an easel. Just a thought.

Shaun and I attended this seminar and learned so much.
We would definately go again and I think anyone and everyone should attend. He really does have a way of just breaking down the obvious and translating “purple” to understand one another.
